About Us

A Pan-European Data Centre Platform

DC Max is a pan-European investor, developer and operator of data centres, controlling a portfolio with an aggregate potential capacity of around 2 GW across Western Europe. Our sites range from smaller (3 MW +) edge data centres in urban locations to large-scale (300 MW +) campuses designed to support cloud storage, AI processing and high-performance computing.

As part of an established group which has undertaken c. €6bn of investments over the past three decades, DC Max combines real-asset investment discipline with deep technical and development expertise to deliver secure, sustainable and scalable digital infrastructure.
